Ok, this goes against the 'don't slag off LJ' thing but seriously! I just pressed 'refresh* on a community and my own journal (2 tabs, I do this all the time) and got this message;

I've made LJ do that before. Not sure how though. I'm sure I only refreshed the one page. I've refreshed loads at the same time and not had that happen. I was so shocked by it that I took a screenshot.
